Your CEO has asked each departmental head to undertake a critical review of their systems, processes and practices as part of a major organisational change agenda. You have been asked to review an area of HR/business practice and present a business report to key stakeholders with recommendations for improving practice. To provide the basis for your report, you have been asked to conduct a critical review of information sources relevant to the area of practice.
The client is a Recruitment Consultant and the goal of their report is to show their clients who they are trying to source candidates for their open vacancies that their organisation can benefit from flexible working patterns.
i.e. Save costs and allow access to a lot more candidates with relevant skills for positions but who cant commit to full time hours for various reasons such as being a single mum, part time studies etc.
I am completing the report to show my clients I have done my research as to why flexible working is beneficial to organisations especially in the current market with unemployment being so low that its more difficult to fond suitable candidates.
The work should include a literature review of 1,000-1,500 words.
Suitable graphics, tables and diagrams to be referenced as deemed suitable by the writer, the client would like the writer to quote a cost for the creation of one of these aspects but they may wish to proceed just at the word count.
