1) Individual Evaluation: Critically reflect on your own decision-making capability and identify areas that require further development (750 words)
2) An evaluation of the effectiveness of an organisations decision-making (1,250 words)
As the global context is in a constant state of change the implications for organisations, sectors and therefore individuals can be significant. A firm of 250 employees that is based in the UK but looking to globally expand has commissioned you to develop a strategic agenda. Through application of your learning on the module write a paper that outlines the strategy process. What resources are needed? Who should do what? What tools should they consider using? How should strategic success be measured? What are the associated risks with strategy development and implementation?
